30 Days Free Returns

Leatt accepts eligible returns within 30 days of delivery. To use our 30 Days Free Returns service, you must contact customer service first and follow the return instructions provided by our team.

Returns sent without contacting customer service first may not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the return conditions below.

  • The return request is made within 30 days of delivery.
  • The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
  • The item is in its original condition with tags, labels, packaging, and accessories included when applicable.
  • The item is not damaged, marked, stained, or missing parts due to customer handling.
  • Proof of purchase, order number, or order confirmation can be provided.

Item Condition

Please take reasonable care of any item you plan to return. Protective gear, apparel, footwear, accessories, and other products must be returned in a clean, unused condition that allows the item to be inspected properly.

If a returned item does not meet the required condition, the return may be refused, a refund may be reduced, or the item may be sent back to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items may not be eligible for return. Non-returnable items may include:

  • Items returned after the 30-day return window.
  • Used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged items.
  • Items missing original tags, labels, packaging, manuals, accessories, or components.

Return Shipping Cost

Approved eligible returns within the 30-day return window are free under our 30 Days Free Returns service when you follow the return instructions provided by customer service.

Leatt does not cover returns that are sent without approval, sent to the wrong location, sent using instructions not provided by our customer service team, or returned outside the return policy requirements.

Refund Process

After your returned item is received and inspected, we will review its condition and confirm whether it meets the return requirements. If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–15 days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Refunds are generally issued to the original payment method used for the order. The time it takes for funds to appear in your account may depend on your payment provider or bank.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, color, or item, contact customer service before sending anything back. Our team will provide available options and instructions based on your order and item availability.

Exchange availability is not guaranteed and may depend on current inventory at the time your request is reviewed.

Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items

Final Sale Rules
